Meet the Maker
I am a mixed-media artist with a love of the ocean and the animals that live there (and walruses are indeed the most perfect animals ever!). Resin, watercolor, acrylics, fabric and wood are just a few of the mediums that I work with. Creating useful 3-D printed items for the unique needs encountered during my daily veterinary medicine activities is also a passion.
How it’s Made
Each of my animal ornaments are hand-painted on laser cut basswood using color-shifting metallic watercolors and watercolor pens....and each one is a unique work of art!
To add a touch of magic, the artist seals the artwork with a glossy resin finish. The resin not only enhances the colors but also provides durability, making this ornament a lasting treasure for your holiday decor.
